A10 leads the high-end: Trinity APU mass production in March next year The latest news shows that AMD 32nm Trinity APU will be put into mass production in March 2012. In addition to the A4, A6, and A8 series, the product line will also join the new A10 series at the high end.

From early March to mid-March of next year, Trinity APU's mainstream 65W power consumption version will be put into production first, including A10-5700, A8-5500, A6-5400 and A4-5300 four sub-series.

In early May, the high-end version of the 100W power consumption was followed up and put into production, including the A10-5800 and A8-5600 sub-families.

It is unclear whether AMD will publish all models at one time, or whether it will push 65W first and then 100W, and it is estimated that the latter is more likely. The new chipset A85FX may also be launched together. As for the specific release time, it is not yet known.

Before Trinity APU debuts, the existing Llano APU will also usher in some upgraded models in January 2012, including the A8-3870K, A6-3670K, and A8-3820, A6-3620, and A4-3420.
