The air-conditioning compressor extracts the refrigerant from the low-pressure zone, compresses it, and sends it to the high-pressure zone for cooling and condensation. The heat is dissipated into the air through the radiating fins. The refrigerant also changes from gas to liquid, and the pressure increases.

First, analyze whether the pressure of the air conditioning system is normal. The air-conditioning filling machine was used to check the pressure of the system, and it was found that when the air-conditioning system was static, the upper and lower pressures were normal compared to the normal value. In this way, the shortage of refrigerant is eliminated and the air conditioner does not work. Check whether the working circuit of the compressor of the air-conditioning system is normal, check the positive pole of the battery, start the F9 fuse in the cabin-BSI intelligent control box-the compressor of the air conditioner is grounded, this line is normal, continue to check the positive battery Machine-ground, this line is also normal.

Check whether the pressure switch of the air conditioning system is normal. Check the voltage of the air conditioner pressure switch No. 1 pin to 12 volts according to the circuit diagram, and the fan rotates at a high speed after shorting No. 1 and No. 3 pins: After shorting No. 1 and No. 2 pins, the engine speed will increase: Then shorting No. 1 and No. 4 pin, the compressor does not operate. All this shows that the pressure switch and its control circuit are working normally.

Use the PRXfA diagnostic instrument to read the fault and delete the fault code of the air-conditioning system, and the system is all normal. The setting of the air-conditioning system stops parameter reading: R1TD air-conditioning X: FRIC initiates the control system X; VIN air-conditioning X. This shows that the system settings are all normal.

Finally, stop the inspection of the intelligent control box BSI. Replace with a new BSI control box, use the PRXI A diagnostic instrument to enter the electronic control unit settings, and stop various operations according to the operation steps of exchanging the BSI control box: input user password, input VIN number, spare parts organization number, stop system settings, etc. After the operation is completed, start the engine and turn on the air conditioner switch, everything is normal.

If you really encounter an air conditioner compressor when you are using an air conditioner, you should find that if the air conditioner compressor does not work, even if the air conditioner is turned on, the air conditioner cannot be cooled.

1. Close the suction stop valve, start the compressor for a few minutes, and discharge the refrigerant in the crankcase into the condenser to make the crankcase vacuum.

2. Prepare the lubricating oil.

3. Press the oil suction pipe port with your fingers, start the compressor to draw out the air in the crankcase.

4. Dip the nozzle of your finger into the oil, let go after immersing, and the oil will be sucked into the crankshaft tube from the oil tube.

5. Observe the oil level indicator to see if the indicated oil level reaches the oil level line.

6. Remove the copper pipe and the joint, screw on the screw plug to tighten, start the compressor to draw out the air sucked in the crankcase, and tighten the exhaust shut-off valve plug when the exhaust sound is not heard. 7. Open the suction and exhaust shut-off valves, and the refueling work is completed.
