Foxconn Nanyang LED project, mainly produces and sells LED energy-saving display screens and LED lighting products developed by Foxconn. The first phase of the project will invest RMB 150 million and produce 300,000 sets of lamps per year. The annual sales revenue will reach RMB 2 billion.
Foxconn said that the LED project put into production this time has the characteristics of large market capacity, good energy saving effect and high added value. At present, there are more than one million street lamps in Henan Province. If all LED lights are replaced by 50% power saving, it can save at least 1 billion kWh per year.
The Foxconn (Nanyang) Senior Technical Training Base project covers an area of ​​600 mu with a total investment of RMB 1.9 billion. In the first phase of construction, 180 mu of land will be built, and 140,000 square meters of employee apartments, training workshops and teaching buildings will be built. It is planned to be completed in June 2012.
The Foxconn South Sunshine Collaborative Project, which is jointly established by Foxconn Technology Group and China Optical Group and InFocus, mainly produces and sells digital projectors, digital cameras, optical components and other products.
The two production lines of the advanced projectors were put into production, with a total investment of RMB 300 million. After the project is fully put into production, the projector can achieve an annual output of 1 million units. Foxconn said that the partner will follow the construction of the follow-up project and build Nanyang into an internationally renowned projector production and sales base.
