Google: Android Daily Activates 850,000 Applications Over 450,000

February 28 news, according to technology website BGR reported, Google Mobile vice president Andy Rubin announced on Monday that the daily activation of Android devices has exceeded 850,000 units.

Rubin claims that the Android device activation rate continues to increase rapidly, with a growth rate of up to 250%. In December last year, the average daily activation was still 700,000 units. So far, 250 million Android devices have been activated.

In addition, Andy Rubin also revealed that there are a total of 450,000 Android Market applications, and will soon catch up with Apple’s App Store application of 500,000.
