(2) Service content: Asset valuation of the bank's equity value, issuing an asset assessment report, and assisting with the relevant procedures such as approval procedures.

Second, the qualifications

(1) Having registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China for more than five years and have the qualifications for evaluation business related to this project;

(3) Project experience in the transfer of shares of state-owned financial institutions or capital increase and share expansion (including the initial public offering of state-owned financial institutions, public shares of listed state-owned financial institutions, issuance of preferred shares) from 2014 to 2016;

(4) Having the necessary personnel and professional capabilities to complete the project;

(5) No administrative penalties have been imposed for violation of regulations in the past 3 years;
