Jingdian's November revenue is low and Q4 is hard to turn a profit

Taiwan's LED faucet factory Jingdian entered the off-season in the fourth quarter, and its revenue in December was relatively flat. Although the industry maintained a profitable pattern, due to the transfer of investment in Guangzhou and Guangxi, Jingdian admitted that it was not easy to turn profitable in the fourth quarter.

In November, Jingdian’s revenue was 1.365 billion yuan (NTD, the same below), which was the lowest since February this year. Due to the entry into the traditional off-season, in addition to TV, backlight orders from mobile phones and NBs have all fallen, becoming operational constraints. At present, Jingdian actively reforms Guangguang, and the progress is smooth. Guangmei's gross profit margin has risen sharply by more than 10%.

Li Bingjie, chairman of Jingdian, pointed out that the fourth quarter of previous years was the traditional off-season, and the revenue season was reduced by about 20%. However, due to the better-than-expected visibility of backlight orders, it showed that customers have seen demand for stocking for the Lunar New Year next year. The reduction will converge more than in previous years.
