Magnetoelectric Proximity Switch The magnetic proximity switch is a kind of proximity switch. The magnetic proximity switch is one of many types in the sensor family. It is made by the use of electromagnetic working principle and advanced technology. It is a position sensor. It can transform the non-electricity or electromagnetic quantity into the desired electric signal through the change of the positional relationship between the sensor and the object, so as to achieve the purpose of control or measurement. The insider revealed that the panels purchased by mainland brand TV manufacturers from the 8.5G production line had all sold to OEMs. This is because these panels have problems such as light leakage and low aperture ratio.
Currently, only two companies in the mainland use the 8.5th generation TFT-LCD production line. One is BOE and the other is Shenzhen China Star Optoelectronics (CSOT). It is reported that the former uses 50,000 glass substrates per month, while the latter reaches 25,000.
The BOE 8.5G production line currently produces 32-inch TV panels and 23.6-inch display panels. The company plans to start production of 36.5-inch TV panels in the second quarter of this year. In the fourth quarter, the company plans to produce 46-47 inch TV panels and 18.5 inch display panels.
Shenzhen Huaxing Optoelectronics currently produces 32-inch TV panels. It is expected to start production of 37-inch and 46-inch TV panels in the second quarter, while the 55-inch panels will wait until the fourth quarter.
It is precisely due to the panel quality problems of mainland manufacturers' 8.5G production lines that Taiwan and South Korean panel makers have only raised the prices of their respective 32-inch TV panels. It is expected that in April they will still increase the average price by 2-3 US dollars.
Relevant sources revealed that in the second quarter, 37-, 39-, 40-, 42- and 46-inch TV panels are also likely to increase prices.
TV panel makers in South Korea and Taiwan are preparing to raise prices for 32-inch panels today, with average prices rising by about $2. It is reported that in the future, the prices of other sized panels will also increase. According to relevant sources, this is due to the fact that mainland brand TV makers have not adopted the panels produced by the 8.5G production line due to concerns about quality.
