Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. introduces four new 1A miniature glass passivated single-phase bridge rectifiers in a typical 1.4mm surface mount MBLS package. The reverse voltage of the MBL104S , MBL106S, MBL108S and MBL110S is up to 1000V, making it ideal for AC/DC full-wave rectification of smartphone chargers.

The highest peak reverse voltage ratings of the Vishay General Semiconductor devices released today were 400V ( MBL104S ), 600V (MBL106S), 800V (MBL108S) and 1000V (MBL110S). The four bridge rectifiers can withstand up to 30A of inrush current, with a forward voltage of 0.95V at 0.4A and a maximum junction temperature of +150°C.

The MSL moisture sensitivity level of the rectifier reaches level 1 of J-STD-020, and the highest peak of LF is 260 °C. The device is suitable for automatic placement and is RoHS compliant 2011/65/EU compliant with the halogen-free regulations of the JEDEC JS709A standard. MBL104S , MBL106S, MBL108S and MBL110S are UL listed and the file number is E54214.
