As the first Cordis brand hotel in mainland China, Shanghai Hongqiao Cordis Hotel is based on delivering the brand promise of heartfelt service to all guests.

The design scope of this project is the power supply circuit of fire equipment for Shanghai Hongqiao Cordis Hotel Project, a total of 86 three-phase dual power distribution boxes, 48 three-phase single power distribution boxes, and the power supply voltage of fire fighting equipment is installed in the fire load distribution box. The signal sensor and the power supply status monitor of the fire protection equipment are set up in the fire control room, and the system adopts the hand-in-hand bus network.

1 User needs

This project requires the fire-fighting equipment power monitoring system to monitor the failure and abnormal state of the power supply of the fire-fighting equipment of the Shanghai Hongqiao Cordis Hotel Project, and promptly alarm and remind relevant personnel to eliminate these hidden dangers, and prevent the fire equipment from being out of power in the event of a fire. , The equipment cannot be put into use normally.

To facilitate on-duty monitoring and management, the central host should have the following main functions:

1) According to the power distribution drawings, monitor the fire-fighting circuit equipment and master the operation of the fire-fighting equipment power supply.

2) A unified monitoring platform can be realized in the power monitoring system of fire fighting equipment, and real-time data of all internal parameters of the system can be obtained; the intelligent management of the power monitoring system of the entire fire fighting equipment can detect the voltage status of the power supply of fire fighting equipment and other related information, In this way, it can be judged whether the fire equipment power supply has fault information such as open circuit, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, and error.

3) The host shall have the function of real-time printing of event number, monitoring location, event nature, alarm parameters and date and time for monitoring alarms and fault alarm events. The alarm event data should be specially stored with an independent query interface and cannot be modified for the purpose of fault liability analysis.

4) In addition to the requirements of the above clauses, the other functions and performance of the host should still comply with the national standard GB 28184-2011 "Fire-fighting equipment power supply monitoring system" and GB 25506-2010 "General technical requirements for fire control rooms".

2 Reference standards

The design of the system meets the manufacturing and testing standards listed below:

3 Solution

3.1 System structure

The fire-fighting equipment power supply monitoring system of the Shanghai Hongqiao Cordis Hotel project adopts a two-tier network mode of fire-fighting equipment power supply status monitor + voltage sensor. According to the actual requirements of the project, the voltage sensor model of the fire-fighting equipment power monitoring system is AFPM3-2AV, and the model of the fire-fighting equipment power status monitor is AFPM100/B. AFPM100/B is set in the fire control room, and 4 RS485 bus and DC24V power cords are connected to the sensors in the on-site distribution box, and the fire power supply host computer displays graphics and text. The system topology is as follows:

123

3.2 AFPM100/B system function

3.2.1 Monitoring alarm function

1) The switch status of the power circuit of the monitored device

2) The working status of the power supply of the monitored equipment (voltage, current and alarm status information)

3) Alarm response time: ≤100s

4) Alarm signal: It can be manually eliminated, and it can be restarted when the alarm signal is input again

5) Alarm light signal: red LED indicator light is always on

3.2.2 Control output function

1) Remote control operation of the alarm relays of individual or all monitored equipment

2) Monitor control output: normally open passive contact, capacity: AC250V 3A or DC30V 3A

3.2.3 Fault alarm function

1) The connection line between the monitor and the module (voltage/current signal sensor) is open or short-circuited

2) The main power supply of the monitor is undervoltage (≤80% of the main power supply voltage) or overvoltage (≥110% of the main power supply voltage)

3) The connection line between the monitor and its separate power supply is open or shorted

4) When the monitor has the above faults, it can send out an audible and visual fault alarm signal that is obviously different from the monitoring alarm signal

5) Failure alarm response time: ≤100s

6) Fault alarm sound signal: manual elimination, when there is an alarm signal input again, it can be restarted

7) Fault alarm light signal: yellow LED indicator light is always on

8) During the fault period, the normal operation of the non-faulty circuit will not be affected

3.2.4 Self-check function

1) Connection check: open or short circuit of communication line and split power line

2) Equipment self-check: manual check or system self-check

3) Self-checking time: ≤60s

3.2.5 Alarm record function

1) Record 10000 related fault alarm information

2) Alarm type: fault type, occurrence time, fault description

3) Alarm event query

4) Alarm log printing

3.2.6 Printing function

The monitoring system can print Chinese characters, alarm events and time, fault events and time.

3.2.7 Silence

In the event of an alarm or failure, the speaker of the monitoring equipment will emit a corresponding alarm sound to indicate, press the "silence" button to terminate the alarm, and the alarm light will be green. During this period, the staff can deal with the related failures. Everything returns to normal and the warning light goes out. If a new fault occurs, the mute indicator will go out and the speaker will sound an alarm again.

4 Conclusion

The fire safety of a building largely depends on the quality of the automatic fire alarm system and automatic sprinkler system equipment. The normal operation of the fire alarm system in the fire control room and related fire-fighting linkage equipment depends largely on The working status of the power supply for fire fighting equipment. For a long time, fire-fighting equipment malfunctions due to the out-of-control power supply of fire-fighting equipment, resulting in frequent fire spreading accidents, especially in the period of social power supply shortage, poor equipment quality, and weak safety awareness. Under this circumstance, a power monitoring system for fire-fighting equipment came into being. The power monitoring system for fire-fighting equipment can monitor the power supply of fire-fighting equipment in real time, by detecting the voltage, current, switch status and other related equipment power information of the power supply of fire-fighting equipment, and then judge Whether the power supply equipment has fault information such as open circuit, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, phase error, and overcurrent (overload) and alarms and records. This system is reliable, real-time and has the characteristics of digitization, intelligence, networking, automation and continuous monitoring. Real-time reflection of the power supply status of the monitored equipment, and centralized display, which can effectively avoid the critical situation of fire fighting equipment unable to work normally due to power failure when a fire occurs, and maximize the reliability of the fire protection linkage system.
