Previously, Alto Electronics issued two announcements. Within 30 working days after receiving the "Notice of Winning the Bid", the company will sign a service cooperation agreement with the Bank of Communications.
Since neither project has signed a formal contract, the final contract amount has not yet been determined, so it is impossible to predict the impact of the company's performance. 
Recently, Shenzhen Alto Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Alto Electronics") (002587) issued a notice saying that the board of directors of the company reviewed and approved the use of some over-raised funds of 21,183,600 yuan, and increased its subsidiary Shenzhen Alto Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (below) Referred to as "Alto Optoelectronics") LED lighting application project.
