Step 1: Press the compression button, the oil pump starts, the high pressure solenoid valve opens, and the compression solenoid valve opens. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank passes through the oil pump-high pressure solenoid valve-compression solenoid valve into the forward push cylinder, and the forward push cylinder The filter plates are pressed tightly, the pressure is detected by the electric contact pressure gauge to reach the set upper limit, the pressing solenoid valve and the high pressure solenoid valve are closed, the oil pump is turned off, and the pressure is maintained.

With the continuous filtering of the liquid in the filtrate and the slow leakage of the pressure cylinder under high pressure, the pressure on the filter plate is slowly reduced. When the set lower limit is reached, the oil pump is automatically started, the high pressure solenoid valve opens, the compression solenoid valve opens, and the oil tank The hydraulic oil in the medium passes through the oil pump-high pressure solenoid valve-compression solenoid valve into the forward push cylinder, the forward push cylinder compresses the filter plates until the pressure reaches the set upper limit, close the compression valve and high pressure solenoid Valve, close the oil pump and enter the pressure holding state.

Always detect oil pressure during work and perform related actions. After the filtering work is completed, press the release button, the oil pump starts, the low pressure solenoid valve opens, and the release solenoid valve opens. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank passes through the oil pump-low pressure solenoid valve-release the solenoid valve and enters the retreat cylinder, and the retreat cylinder handles a piece The filter plate is loosened.

Press the stop button, the unit stops working.

3. In order to save floor space and cost, the plate and frame filter is generally made into a situation with multiple areas. Several plate and frame filters share one oil station. The electrical components operate frequently during operation, the electrical circuit is complicated, and the failure rate is high. It is planned to carry out electrical transformation of the 7-plate and frame filter in the area of ​​the ammonia workshop.

4.
