If the wireless charger meets this specification, all mobile phone products that meet this specification can be charged on this charger. 1 Principle of wireless charging technology At present, the wireless energy transmission technology mainly includes three types: electromagnetic induction mode, radio wave radiation mode and magnetic field resonance mode. Among them, the electromagnetic induction method [1] is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction coupling. When the magnetic flux changes to generate an induced electromotive force, when a part of the conductor of the closed circuit performs the motion of cutting the magnetic induction line in the magnetic field, a current is generated in the conductor. The difference lies in the realization of the non-contact energy transmission mode, which is sensitive to the position of the coil and the process of the coil; the radio wave radiation mode transmits electric energy through the electromagnetic wave during the transmitting and receiving process of the antenna; the magnetic field resonance mode is based on the resonance principle Foundation, the transfer of energy between two objects of the same amplitude. Comparing the three radio energy transmission technologies, the electromagnetic induction mode supports a larger power, but the allowed distance is shorter; the radio wave radiation mode is suitable for longer distance transmission, but the allowed power is smaller; the power and distance supported by the electromagnetic resonance mode Between the two, but the implementation is more difficult. Considering comprehensively, the electromagnetic induction method is most suitable for wireless charging of current portable devices. 2 circuit of wireless charging system In the wireless charging process, the whole process is mainly divided into two parts: the charger end and the receiving end. The charger-side process mainly implements the detection of the mobile phone, the detection of the temperature, and the emission of the power. When a metal object touches the electrical end, the charger will detect whether the metal object placed is the object to be charged. If so, the charger will receive a specific signal and start charging the object to be charged. Otherwise, it will not be charged. . During the charging process, if the node signal sent by the charging object is received, the confirmation is immediately performed, and then the charging object is detected to leave every 5 seconds. During the charging process, if it is detected that the charger temperature is too high, stop charging immediately. The receiving end process mainly includes indicator light control, detecting charging process, stopping charging control, and the like. If the receiving end receives the detection signal from the charger, respond promptly, and then wait for the charger to start charging. When the receiving end detects that its own battery is full, it sends a power saving signal to the charger to stop charging. In particular, during the charging process, if the charger detects abnormal voltage or current, high temperature, etc., stop charging immediately and the indicator light flashes. If the charging stops normally, the indicator does not flash. 2.1 Charger Circuit The complete charger circuit mainly includes the power supply part, the memory part, the control circuit part and the coil. The main function of the power supply is to convert AC power to DC power and convert it to a specific current and voltage. The main function of the memory is to store various states and various parameters during the charging process. The control circuit is the most important part of the entire charging system. The main functions are coil control, power control and analog-to-digital conversion. The coil is the core device and its main function is to convert electrical energy into magnetic energy and transmit it through space. The working principle of the charger is shown in Figure 1. 2.2 The circuit of the receiving end of the receiving circuit mainly includes the rectifying part, the control circuit part and the coil. The control circuit is the center of the receiving end, and includes a communication unit, a power control unit, and an analog-to-digital converter. The coil at the receiving end is opposite to the coil at the charger end, and mainly performs conversion of the received magnetic energy into electrical energy. The circuit at the receiving end is shown in Figure 2. 3 Summary The wireless charging technology studied in this paper adopts the principle of electromagnetic induction, which aims to solve the problem that portable devices need to be charged frequently but not convenient to charge, and at the same time can ensure the safety in the wireless charging process. However, the implementation of wireless charging technology has some problems and needs further research.
