CES Asia 2016: Intel Showcases Black Tech Products

At the CES Asia 2016 in Shanghai on May 11, 2016, Intel elaborated on the future trends and demonstrated how technology can reinvent the daily life experience, including subversive sports and gaming experiences, changes in health management and Fitness exercise, and release creativity.

Intel, Tencent Games and Haier jointly announced the launch of the TGP (Tencent Gaming Platform) game console. As the industry's first game console based on Tencent's game platform and tailored for living room entertainment, this product aims to revolutionize the entertainment tradition of the game, redefining the living room entertainment ecology in the form of “one machine with multiple uses” and rich content. The first-generation TGP game console launched this time is responsible for hardware production and manufacturing by Haier, and uses the "blade" game console brand. This product is equipped with a sixth-generation Intel Core i3/i5/i7 desktop processor with a freely switchable TGP console game mode and Windows 10 operating system. Yuneec demonstrated the obstacle avoidance and self-propelled functions of the Yuneee TyphoonH drone. The drone uses an Intel RealSense technology camera to recognize depth information and thus avoid and bypass obstacles. Intel RealSense technology recognizes 3D depth information and gives devices the same human-like perception. At present, Intel RealSense technology is not only applied to terminal devices such as laptops and tablets, but also widely used in drones, robots, and head-mounted display devices.
