2.1 Cutting

● Use a band saw to cut the aluminum alloy sheet into the shape of the drawing. The edge of the cutting must be online.

● Tip: When cutting the inner corner, cut a rough curve first, then straight in from the two directions to get a right angle

2.2 Punch

● Use a punch and a small hammer to punch out the positioning hole at the 17th line with the crosshair on the drawing to prepare for the next drilling. In addition, it must be punched through the four corners of the rectangular hole on the figure.
