“Before, the related devices of new energy vehicles are all relying on import solutions. After our projects are put into production, they will be equipped with 'Xiamen Core'.” Xu Xiaohui, executive deputy general manager of Xiamen Xinguang Runze Technology Co., Ltd. said that new energy vehicles are charged once. It can run longer and will be one of the highlights of the silicon carbide power module packaging plant project.

The company has a total investment of 2 billion yuan, mainly for the design, development and manufacture of third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide power modules. Semiconductor silicon carbide power devices have also been hailed as "CPU" for power converters and "core" for green economy. The advantages of the silicon carbide (SiC) power module project are embodied in: the growth of new energy vehicles, the thinning of air conditioners, and the convenience of ultra-high voltage transmission.
