First, the operation of the voltage transformer

1. The capacity of the voltage transformer during operation is not allowed to exceed the specified value of its nameplate.

2. The regulation of the insulation resistance value of the voltage transformer.

1) Voltage transformers of 1000V and above, measured with a 1000V shaker, shall have an insulation resistance of not less than 1MΩ/KV.

2) The voltage transformer below 1000V is measured by a 500V shaker, and its insulation resistance value shall not be less than 0.5MΩ.

3) The insulation breakdown fuse is measured with a 500V shaker, and its insulation resistance value shall not be less than 0.5MΩ.

3, the fuse fuse provisions:

1) The primary side fuse should not be greater than 1A, and the secondary side fuse should not be greater than 2A;

2) The primary and secondary side fuses must be covered with arc-extinguishing insulation.

4. The voltage transformer in operation is not allowed to be short-circuited under any circumstances.

Second, the voltage transformer before the inspection

1. There should be no debris around the equipment that affects power transmission;

2. The contact parts are good, no looseness, heat and discoloration;

3. Oil-filled voltage transformers, the oil level is normal, the oil color is clean, and there is no leakage or oil leakage in each part;

4, porcelain bottles without cracks and ash;

5. The secondary B phase or neutral point is well grounded.
