When handling the robot , we should strictly follow the instructions of the handling mark. Different handling models have different handling markings. For the shipping posture of each model, refer to the manual of the relevant model.

If it is the above mark, its contents are as follows:

1. Handling with forklift crane

For handling, use a forklift crane that can carry 2,500 kg or more. The forklift crane bracket (optional) has a load resistance of 5390N (550kgf), so the total weight of the robot to be transported should be 2200kg or less.

2. Handling by crane

Cranes with a weight of 2,500 kg or more should be used for transportation; four slings with a load resistance of 9800 N (1000 kgf) or more and four eyebolts with a load resistance of 6174 N (630 kgf) or more.

Handling attention mark

1. Do not pull the eyebolts to the side.

2. Do not apply a collision force to the transport member with the claws of a forklift crane or the like.

3. Do not hang chains or the like on the transport components.

Grease/fat mark

It tells us some precautions when refueling: remove the oil outlet screw before adding the oil; use a manual fuel pump to refuel; use the corresponding oil of the model; the specific lubricant for the model, Please refer to the service manual of this model for the fuel quantity and the position of the fuel filler and oil outlet.

6. A warning mark will appear on the robot motor, body, cover or balance cylinder.

Prohibit pedal marking

When this mark appears, we need to be careful not to put your foot on the robot or climb onto it. This will not only adversely affect the robot, but it may also be injured because the operator is stepping on the air.

7. A warning sign will appear at the air outlet of the robot motor or control cabinet.

Attention to high temperature mark

When this mark appears, we need to pay attention to the heat that is attached to this mark. In the hot state, if you must touch the device because of the necessity, you should prepare protective equipment such as heat-resistant gloves, otherwise it will cause burns to the workers.
