TB4420 integrated circuit application notes (1) The voltage gain of this circuit depends on the external feedback resistor RNF, RNF ↑, gain ↓, and vice versa.
(2) Frequency response characteristics, the lowest cutoff frequency depends on C3, C4, C5, RNF and RL, while the high-end phase compensation depends on IC5 and 5 pin capacitors.
(3) C1, C2, C11, and C12 are compensation capacitors that prevent self-oscillation in the high frequency band. It is preferable to use a polyester film capacitor. If a ceramic capacitor is used, self-oscillation is likely to occur due to poor temperature performance.
