1. Charging function

The ZS6300 uses a switching method to charge the battery with turbulent/constant current/constant voltage three-stage charging. When the battery voltage is lower than 3V, trickle charging is performed; when the battery voltage is higher than 3V, constant current charging is performed; when the battery voltage is close to 4.2V, constant voltage charging is performed, at which time the charging current starts to gradually decrease, when the current is reduced to When 1/10 of the constant current charging current is used, all 4 LED lights are always on, indicating that the battery is fully charged. When fully charged, the battery is terminated and recharged while waiting for the battery voltage to drop to a certain voltage (VRECHG).

2. Charging current setting

The amount of current that charges the battery is set by the sampling resistor RS between the SNS pin and the BAT pin of the chip. Constant current charging current ICharge

3. Charging soft start function

4. Button side charging function

The ZS6300 has a button-on-load side-loading function to ensure priority power supply to the USB port. If the output USB is connected to the load at the same time to supply power to the load, it can be activated by pressing the button. The ZS6300 will control the system to charge the battery and supply power to the load. If the current required by the load exceeds VRCS 6.5mV, ZS6300 The control system will give priority to the load, and gradually reduce the charging current until it is not charged, so that all input current is supplied to the load, and the effect of input current limiting is achieved. If the VRCS is 5.5mV, the chip will control to restore the battery charging.

When the mobile power is charging, short press the button, the chip will control to turn off the charging, and open the output USB port to detect whether there is a portable device connected to the USB port. If there is, the power will be given priority. If not, the battery will be charged after 15s.
