Cursor adapter voltage range

In this circuit, the voltage cursor adapter superimposes the horizontal cursor line on the top and bottom of the waveform of the electronic caliper so that the voltage value can be read directly. The cursor line extends to the entire screen. The MC78L12 voltage regulator (IC1) supplies 12 VDC to the rest of the circuit.
