Who will be the final winner of the world's two fighting robots?

According to foreign media reports, the battle between the world's two main fighting robots that has been brewing for two years has finally begun. About two years ago, Suidobashi Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. accepted the challenge of the robotic contest of the Boston company MegaBots. Now the two sides announced that the competition will be held on October 17th, United States local time (as shown in the figure, October 18, Beijing time).

The game will be broadcast live on Twitch, and later recorded videos will also be uploaded to YouTube and Facebook.

According to reports, MegaBots launched the "EaglePrime" robot, which is made in the United States and is about 4.8 meters high and 12 tons in weight. Kuratas on the other side of the bridge is a 4 meter high and weighs 6.5 tons.

It is reported that Shuidaoqiao Heavy Industry developed its first combat robot, Kuratas, in 2012 and was driven by four wheels. It can be controlled by the "master-slave system". Users only need to use any device with a 3G network outside to control the robot's actions. Megabots originally conceived that both robots were bombarded by artillery shells, but Shuiqiao Qiao requested to change to fighting, so Megabots then added additional armor, firepower, power sources, etc., to convert the robot to fit fighting.

Linear Encoder

Draw-wire sensors of the wire sensor series measure with high linearity across the entire measuring range and are used for distance and position measurements of 100mm up to 20,000mm. Draw-wire sensors from LANDER are ideal for integration and subsequent assembly in serial OEM applications, e.g., in medical devices, lifts, conveyors and automotive engineering.
